Lysander
P & R Commission
The commission is
a seven-member board made up of Town of Lysander Residents who acts
in an advisory capacity to the Parks & Recreation Director and
Department. Each member
is appointed to fill a seven-year term with one member's term up annually.
A typical agenda covers program status, review of park
use contracts, staffing, town wide planning issues, grants, budget
and policy .
There are five "planned" meetings per year and they are the first Monday
of January, March, May and November and the second Monday in September
(because of Labor Day). The
meetings are held at the Lysander Park Office and start at 6:30 pm.
