Join representatives from the Baldwinsville Community for our 6th Annual Baldwinsville Youth Fair. This event is sponsored by the Town of Lysander Parks & Recreation and the Town of Van Buren Parks & Recreation Departments. The event will offer families the chance to find out, all in one place, what opportunities are available for our youth. 2008 participants included: Lysander & Van Burn Parks and Recreation Departments, Baldwinsville Youth Soccer Association, Linda's Little People, Baldwinsville Public Library, Baldwinsville YMCA, Onondaga County Health Department, Hickory Hills Golf Center, Kidz Club, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Preschool, Cub Scout Pack #71 & #234, Baldwinsville Nursery School, Word of Life Christian Academy & Preschool, Presbyterian Nursery School, Kindermusik with Maggie Mercer, Baldwinsville Volunteer Center, The Karate DoJo, P.E.A.C.E. Inc., Radisson Nursery School, B'Ville Pop Warner & Cheerleading, Yoga Kids, Sugar & Spice Party Planners, United Health Care,
Huntington Learning Center, Onondaga County Youth Court, Seaway Navigation & Tours, Baldwinsville Varsity Cheerleaders, Childtime Learning Center, Tobacco-Free Onondaga County and more. There will be a clown, character drawings, balloons, prize give-a-ways and face painting. There will also be a used book sale and concession stand to benefit PEACE Inc. for the summer camp scholarships. At the concession stand will be coffee, donuts, hotdogs, snacks, drinks and more. Used Book Request: Donations of used books are being accepted at Lysander Park from 9 am - 4 pm. We do not accept text books, encyclopedias or books that are mildewed or in disrepair...All proceeds from the sale of used books go to PEACE Inc for summer camp scholarships. Thanks!
