Facility Reservation Procedures
- All individuals or groups wanting to reserve a facility must register with the Parks and Recreation Department. Facilities are for use by reservation only. Follow the listed procedures below to secure a facility reservation.
- Confirm the availability of the desired facility and date with the Parks Calendar on the Town of Lysander website.
- Complete and return the Reservation Application to the Lysander Parks & Recreation Office along with full payment. Acceptable forms of payment include:
- Personal check, money order or certified check payable to the Town of Lysander, and mailed or delivered in-person to 8220 Loop Road; Baldwinsville, New York 13027.
- Credit card payable on-line via a payment link emailed after the receipt of the Reservation Application.
- Credit card payable in-person during business hours Monday – Friday; 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM at the Parks and Recreation Department office; 8220 Loop Road; Baldwinsville, New York 13027.
- Credit card payable over the telephone during business hours Monday – Friday; 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM by calling 315-635-5999.
- With completion of the Reservation process, the reserving party will receive:
- The approved Reservation Application
- Receipt of payment, and
- Lysander Park Guidelines and Procedures
- At the conclusion of the reservation, the Park Attendant will inspect the reserved facility to determine whether or not the facility has been returned to prior condition.
